Shipping Policy

At Ayi Couture, we take pride in ensuring that your packages reaches you safely, securely, and on time. Every item is carefully packaged and shipped with care to reflect the luxury of our brand.

PROCCESSING TIME

Ready to wear items- Processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Custom Orders/ Made to measure Gowns- Please allow 4-6 weeks for production before shipping. Timelines may vary depending on designs and order volume.

Please give us 2 weeks advance notice before the due date as these items are carefully made. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Domestic Shipping- Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping- as we continue growing we will work with a certain shipping cost for our customers.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

RESPONSABILITIES:

AYI COUTURE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier Ayi Couture is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

SPECIAL NOTES

Lage or Bulk wholesale orders may have extended shipping timelines, costs, and additional coordination.

For Urgent or time sensitive deliveries, Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and timelines.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Ayi Couture every piece is made with care, quality and attention to detail. we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to nature of our products, returns and exchanges are limited.

GENERAL POLICY.

Final sales- Custom made gowns, tailored pieces and especial orders are Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable. These items are created specifically for you.

Ready to wear items- Eligible for exchange only if returned in unworn, original conditions with tags attached.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

Request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customers responsibilities.

NON-REFUNDABLE RETURNS.

Custom gowns or made-to-measure pieces.

Items worn, Altered, or damaged after delivery.

Discounted or sales items.

PROCCESS

1- Contact us at Ayikouture@gmail.com with your order number, reasons for Return or Exchange.

2- Once Approved, you will receive return Instructions.

3- Upon receiving and inspecting the items, we will process and exchange if eligible.

We are committed  to our customers, and we stand by quality of our work. if you receive items with manufacturing defects please nitify us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
