Consultations and fittings are are designed to be collaborative, ensuring the customer's vision is fully understood and honored.

Clients are provided with clear communication regarding timelines, pricing, deposits and delivery.

Confidentiality- all personal details such as name, contact information, measurements or payment information shared with us are kept strictly private and use only for the purpose of providing your service .

NO third party sharing- WE DO NOT sell or trade or share your personal information with outside parties.

All payments and deposits are processed through trusted, and secured platforms.

Wholesale Inquiries

Ordering & Payments:

placing orders-  Orders can be made via email at Ayikouture@gmail.com.

Payment Terms- a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance due before shipping.

Accept payments- Bank Transfer, and secured online payment platforms.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME:

 lead time- standard production takes 4-6 weeks depending on the order size.

 

Shipping- We ship domestically, shipping costs will be added to the total of the balance.

 

Tracking- All shipments include order tracking for your convenience.

POLICIES:

Exclusivity- To protect our brand, we may offer location- based exclusivity for certain collections. WE DO NOT do replicas of other brands.

 

Returns/ Exchanges- wholesale orders are final sales.

Damage or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery for replacement considerations.

 

Custom Orders- Available upon request, subject to design approval and adjusted lead times.
